Jennifer Lopez and Fiancé Donate Food to School After Teacher is in Tears

When Jennifer Lopez and her fiancé Alex Rodriguez came across a teacher’s viral Facebook post about a hungry child in her school in Tennessee, United States, they wanted to help – so they donated a massive supply of food.

The teacher, Brooke Goins, explained in her Facebook post that seeing a child in her class suffer from food insecurity brought her to tears, adding, “No kid should ever be hungry, ever.”

The celebrity couple’s donation comes from a frozen food company they recently launched, Tiller & Hatch, that sells hearty meals designed to be quickly and easily prepared.

“Everyone should have access to delicious, nutritious food,” says Lopez to the grateful teacher. “This was my favorite moment of the month and it’s one of the best things we’ve been able to do.”
