Women Leaders in France Lead on the Way to Fair Gender Share

As a woman entrepreneur in HR Consulting and founder of Ethics&Boards, today the largest independent Governance Dataplace, I am delighted to share the newest statistics:

With 45,3% of women on the boards of the 120 largest listed companies, France is number 1 globally for women on boards. As of this year, 11 women are CEO of one of the 120 largest companies listed in France.

Still, a lot has to be achieved to reach gender balance in top leadership roles, even much more to achieve gender balance in access to capital. As a woman leader, I truly believe: fair gender representation is key to a fair world.
