Twibber Fights Waste in our Ocean with Passion

Living near the Mediterranean Sea, I saw huge amounts of trash washed up on the beaches. I was devastated to see the pollution all over, with the waters and marine life suffering.

In 2014 I created the nonprofit organization Passion Sea. It is a global effort to make children around the globe aware about respecting water and keeping it clean. We bring education through art in a joyful way. We organise art workshops worldwide, collaborating with schools. Our work recently brought us to South Africa (photo), the Bahamas, the U.S. and many countries in Europe. We also wrote the book “Water is Life”, of which 10,000 copies have already been distributed. We have ambassadors in different countries, and our book is supported by the words of wisdom of royalties, singers, sportspersons and scientists.

My work towards waters has become a family affair: my daughter Fiona and my son Sandro are highly involved. We are all concerned and have to collaborate. Using water in moderation, using more sustainable materials in our daily life, recycling and stopping trashing wildly in the nature would all bring a positive outcome. Passion Sea is my contribution for a healthier planet.
