An unmanned electric flying car has just had a successful 90-second test flight in Dubai.
The two-seater flying car was built by Chinese electronic vehicle maker Xpeng Inc. The car is lifted into the air using eight propellers, two at each corner of the vehicle. Xpeng is currently working on the launch of its electric vehicle in international markets.
“We are making step-by-step [moves] to the international market. First, we selected Dubai, because Dubai is the most innovative city in the world,” explains the general manager of Xpeng Aeroht, Minguan Qiu.
