Health USANobel Prize Winner Predicted China’s Quick Recovery, Now He Says: “We’ll be Fine!’
“What we need is to control the panic,” says Nobel laureate Michael Levitt.
In the grand scheme, “we’re going to be fine”, tells the Stanford biophysicist to the Los Angeles Times in an interview.
He analyzed data from 78 countries that reported more than 50 new cases of COVID-19 every day and sees “signs of recovery” in many of them.
“Numbers are still noisy, but there are clear signs of slowed growth,” he adds. Can we trust him? Well, he was right in January, when he already predicted the slow down of deaths and infections in China which came in late February.
