Twibber StoriesTwibber Turns her Back on George Clooney for Wooden Coffee Capsules.
As a passionate coffee lover I would like to share with you a cool story, which I discovered recently here in Germany on a sleepless night watching TV.
In a show for startup entrepreneurs two young students from Swabia in Southern Germany presented the world’s first compostable coffee capsules made entirely by renewable resources. The patented capsules are made from wood and are 100 percent bio-degradable.
The project from Rezemo Company is not only regional and sustainable, as the product is entirely manufactured in the region of Swabia, but it even gives work to disabled people in a special workshop.
While the two innovative students meanwhile work on creating other wooden packagings, I rethink my habits and plan to better renounce my usual plastic coffee capsules from George Clooney’s ads…
