This Twibber Saved 1600 “Lucky Dogs” from Killing Stations
As a proud owner of four wonderful dogs (all got from animal shelters) my heart also goes out to other dogs. For about 15 years my association Lucky Dogs has rescued dogs from shelters and killing stations in Portugal, Spain, Italy, Roumania, Belarus, and other countries.

Enjoy a Restaurant Meal in the Privacy of your (Rolling) Home
My wife and I own in the third generation the hotel-restaurant Leinsweiler Hof in the german state of Rhineland-Palatinate. Due to coronavirus the restaurant currently has to remain closed. That’s why we came up with an idea to beat the lockdown rules:

Remembering the Past Gives Calm and Joy Now
For a few weeks, we live again in lockdown here in Germany due to the coronavirus. All restaurants, museums, and sports facilities are closed. The possibilities to meet with friends outside are very limited, apart from strolling through the streets or greens.

Treehouse Vacation Makes Social Distancing very, very Easy
Visiting friends in France recently, I learned that traveling can still be a marvelous experience in these difficult coronavirus times. My friends run a very special hotel in the countryside, just about one hour away from Paris: Their „Domaine de Frévent“ offers nights in tree houses.
